To submit your hybrid or online course to be recognized by the CSU 2015/16 Quality Online Learning & Teaching (QOLT) Awards and Recognition Program at the Chancellor's Office.

What is QOLT?

QOLT is a process designed to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of blended and online courses, as well as to recognize exemplary practices in online learning and teaching.

What is the Timeline?

All submissions are due between November 2015 and May 15,  2016

How do I get Started?

1. Join us for the Launch on November 9 from 12-1p - QOLT Awards & Recognition Program informational webinar. The webinar can be accessed via Collaborate at http://tinyurl.com/QA-program. A recording of the session will be posted at the QOLT site soon after.

2. Select one course (Fall 2015 or Spring 2016)

3. Complete the online self-evaluation*: QOLT Course Assessment – Faculty Self Ratings (about 1 hour)

4. Post a link in your course (or email link) for students to submit an evaluation (or email the link to students for Fall 14 courses): QOLT Student Ratings Instrument

5. Campus Coordinator will lead the QOLT Peer-Review for HSU recognition and submit one course for further recognition at the CSU level.
