Faculty/Staff/Admin Stakeholder Meeting for UPD Chief Search

July 27, 2020

Humboldt State University is currently in the search process for its next Chief of Police. As the Chief of Police is a critical position that impacts the entire campus community, it is important we obtain insight and feedback from our many stakeholders.

The University is hosting a virtual stakeholder session for Faculty, Staff, and Administrators to attend.

This virtual session will be Tuesday August 18th from 3:00pm-4:30pm. Here is the link to the stakeholder session.

Facilitated by the Co-Chairs of the search committee and the search firm, this stakeholders session is optional, and open to all faculty, staff, and administrators who would like to provide insight and feedback on what to consider in a good candidate for Chief of Police. As well as an opportunity to ask questions of the search committee and the process.

There are separate stakeholder sessions for other groups, including students, so please do not share this information with non-faculty, staff, or administrators.

The Chief of Police Search Committee encourages faculty, staff, and administrators to attend. We look forward to your participation in this important process.
