The Office of Research, Economic & Community Development is pleased to announce the 2016 CSU Student Research Competition. Students must submit a written summary of their research or creative presentations to the Office of Research by Friday, February 5, 2016. If selected, students will compete at CSU Bakersfield on April 29 or 30, 2016.

SPONSORED PROGRAMS FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTES $403,000 TO HSU RESEARCH COMMUNITY

Humboldt State University’s Sponsored Programs Foundation (SPF) is distributing $403,000 to faculty, staff, and departments this year, based on their grant activity. These funds are intended to stimulate and incentivize externally sponsored research.

 

Incentives Program for Grant Proposal Development

The Office of Research is requesting applications for assigned time funding for the fall 2016 and spring 2017 semesters. In addition to assigned time we are also extending funding for summer salary/overload pay during the summer 2016 session.
