Departments, Units, and Colleges are encouraged to check their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stocks for Spring 2021 semester use. If you anticipate needing any additional PPE (gloves, face coverings, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, etc) please put in a work request to Facilities Management (FM) to get replacements delivered. Once the University's supply of PPE is exhausted, FM will provide feedback regarding the University's preferred method for ordering more.

Submit a work request by visiting facilitymgmt.humboldt.edu and selecting "Submit a Request" from the right-hand side menu. This will prompt you to sign in via CAS.
